Welcome to Casa Tranquila House in Santa Barbara de Nexe in the Algarve, a beautifully renovated luxury villa for 8 people, ideal for a quiet and relaxing stay with complete privacy.

Tranquila House is a house in the middle of nature and very close to the small village of Santa Barbara de Nexe. This area was protected from the big touristic developments that marked certain parts of the coastline. The beautiful and still authentic towns of Tavira and Olhão are just south of the village in the direction of the ocean, as is Faro, which has a very pretty town centre. The beaches are beautiful and there are many to choose from.

But let's focus on the house, the villa has everything you need for a wonderful holiday.

The building consists of 3 bedrooms: a double room with two beds, plus another room with two more beds and a bunk bed for two. This makes a total of 8 people who can sleep comfortably. The rooms are spacious and have their own bathroom, one of them with bath and shower. A large living room with minimalist lines welcomes us with a fireplace in front of the sofa and a big screen TV. The house has southern exposure, so we have a lot of light that enters through the large windows throughout the house. The kitchen is an open space that opens onto the dining room. For those who like to cook, it is very well equipped and has plenty of space for more elaborate dishes.

Outside there is a sun sheltered terrace with sofas and another one near the dining room with another table and bench to have lunch or dinner outside.

You can go up to the roof where you have a beautiful view over the nature and why not lie down there at night to watch the star filled sky.

The swimming pool is large and 8 deck chairs with sunshades are at your disposal. There is also an outside shower to wash off the salt and sand from the beach.

The house is very well thought through with any useful details: good appliances, air conditioning, high chair and cot for the baby, large wardrobes in the bedrooms. And to put the cherry on top, a very nice decoration, quite Zen.

It is a luxurious house and perfect for those who want to be quiet and only 20 minutes from the beach.
