Casa Luz

Casa Luz is an impressive 4-bedroom villa with a refreshing swimming pool and lush garden in Roche, Andalusia. The house is surrounded by pine trees providing shade on hot summer days.

The ground floor is home to one bedroom with en suite bathroom, small terrace, and an open-plan living area where the kitchen and dining area are separated from the living room by a stylish free-standing fireplace. The living room features a huge flat-screen TV and spacious and comfortable sofas. 

The elegant kitchen shines in bright white and is very minimalistic. However, you will find everything you need in the spacious cupboards. The large covered terrace on the ground floor leads directly to the pool. There are no handrails, so it may not be a house for small children.

The three remaining double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are located on the first floor. Two of them share a toilet. In the luxury bathrooms, you can admire beautiful patterned tiles. All the bedrooms have a private terrace, and the main bedroom even comes with sea view!

On the rooftop terrace, you will be spoilt with a 360º view over the sea, the Sierra de Cádiz and Vejer-de-la-Frontera: the perfect place for a relaxing sunset drink. The large basement offers laundry facilities and a ping pong table. 

Roche has everything you need in walking distance: shop, pharmacy, beach bars and restaurants, tennis courts and football pitches. However, for the full Andalusian experience, we recommend renting a car. This way, you are able to reach all the beautiful small towns in 15-40 minutes.
