In addition to a kitchen and living/dining room, there is also a drawing, work and media room as well as an in-house bar, 2 roof terraces, a yoga/wellness room, a pool house and an entertainment area - and yes, you have all of this to yourself. Before we forget: As if all the rooms were not enough, each bedroom also has its own balcony, which, along with the main terrace and extraoridinary pool house, gives you a unique place to watch the sunset. Find your inner peace while swimming in the large infinity pool or relaxing in the lush gardens where the property is located. Since there are no immediate neighbors, no one will disturb your peace.If you want to explore the northern region of Italy, around Peduzzi, the pretty, high-altitude mountain village of Pigra is just 300 meters away and the popular seaside village of Argegno can be reached within 4 minutes from the cable car station, which is 500 meters from the villa's gates. Enjoy a coffee or an extensive brunch in a nice local restaurant in Pigra or Argegno before going hiking or mountain biking. You are also welcome to use the scheduled river cab service to reach Lake Como.
