Masseria Silentio

At this luxurious rural retreat between Ostuni and Ceglie Messapica, a creative couple has fulfilled its dream. A lot of love and energy has been put into making the masseria the beautiful accommodation it is today.

It is a beautiful, luxurious 17th century masseria, completely renovated surrounded by acres of olive groves and with a private pool. 

The interior design is absolutely unique. Antique furniture, special ceramic objects and charming art adorn this accommodation. The beds and the dining table are made of high-quality fabrics from their own brand Officine Silentio, which offers a range of unique textiles.

The villa features 3 bedrooms, two kitchens with a dishwasher and a fridge, a flat-screen TV, a seating area and 3 bathrooms with a shower. Towels and bed linen are provided.

A highlight of this accommodation is the outdoor space with a shaded area with a large dining table for all guests, located directly by the pool. Also, the beautiful winter garden, kept cool by air conditioning in warmer months of the year is just another highlight the Masseria has to offer.

The Masseria Silentio is located 7 km from Obelisco di Sant'Oronozo and a 15 minutes’ drive from Cavalcata di Sant'Oronzo. Moreover, the Centro Storico can be reached in a few minutes by car.

A large square surrounded by a green area separates the Masseria from a small trullo complex independent from the Masseria. The property is the combination of those two buildings: the trullo with cones (trullo castelluccio) and the squared building which is what we call the masseria.

The masseria and trullo share the outdoor area with pool, barbecue, wood stove, various seating areas, dining area and 2 outdoor showers.
