Villa Moresca

Located dramatically above the sea, the beautiful Villa Moresca is just a 10 minute walk from the beach and 7 km from Porto Santo Stefano on the Argentario Peninsula. The views are adorned by turquoise waters and islands on the horizon, painted in numerous warm colours at sunset. The villa is a unique residence whose modern structure seamlessly provides continuity between inside and outside. It is furnished with refinement, luxury and attention to every detail.

In total, the villa offers accommodation for 15 people, divided into 5 independent suites, each with its own access to the outdoor area, and an outside annex. The salon, with its 10-metre-wide stained glass window, is a double-height open space connected by a staircase. Upstairs, the study extends through a large window overlooking a shaded courtyard.  The second drawing room under the roof is intimate and inviting, featuring a 17th-century fireplace and allowing magnificent views.

Outside, you can refresh yourself in the 18 x 4 metre infinity pool with jacuzzi. In addition, the villa's own bar invites you to have a drink and the terrace is ideal for sunbathing. There is a playground for your children, so that you will not lack anything. The villa is fully equipped and air-conditioned.

Luxury and comfort are also not to be missed in this luxury villa. Enjoy the service of daily pool cleaning, 4 hours house-cleaning from Monday to Friday, weekly sheet and 2 towel changes per week. If you want to relax further, you can book a massage, hire an in-house chef or make use of a babysitter who speaks your language. In case you are in the mood for culinary adventures, you can enjoy a cooking class or wine tasting in the villa. Bicycles are also available for hire for those who want to do a bit of activity.

Pets are welcome on request and for a daily surcharge.

Outside the villa, it is worth visiting towns such as Porto Santo Stefano (6 km), Orbetello (16 km), Ansedonia (26 km) and Grosseto (50 km). Apart from the beach, the region offers great opportunities for hiking and similar activities.
