The place is an enchanting land property made of stone of the XIX century, lying in a beautiful valley with a view of the vineyard and the beautiful city of Montepulciano. Follonico is a relaxing and quiet country hotel, where you can fully enjoy reading a nice book or walking around in the beautiful nature.

The house itself has four nice large rooms (25 to 48 m²) with a private entrance and also two annexes (16 m²) each with a shared terrace and a Jacuzzi. The decoration is peculiar: You will find a vintage hanging dress, a type machine on a desk, and an old hat – each one of these items with its own story. You might think this is quite eclectic but the result is simply amazing. The rooms are extremely welcoming and comfortable, with high-quality linen and towels, excellent mattress, WIFI, air-conditioned, and a large rain shower.

Yes, this accommodation is not a 5-star hotel. But here you will enjoy a 5-star Tuscany experience. Tailor-made services and a homey feeling make Follonico special and it is especially recommendable for all of you that like to travel in a different way. The breakfast is generous and prepared with local genuine products, served in a spacious and bright dining room next to the kitchen. The atmosphere is so relaxed that normally all the guests end up talking to each other. Follonico has a lot of personality and we love it, perhaps it is not indicated to those who prefer a more contemporary decoration. You even have a beautiful swimming pool! The hotel does not serve food, but you will find a variety of offers within 10 km of Follonico. Children at the age of 14 or older are welcome.
