The complex consists of two separate houses. One is the Poris Waterfront House (Casa Costa Nextdoor) with 3 double bedrooms. The other is Casa Costa Tenerife House with 7 double bedrooms and a small single bedroom. If desired, the two houses can also be connected to form one house with 11 bedrooms. Both are furnished and equipped in a similar style. The villa combines modernity with simplicity. The interiors cleverly combine antiques with designer furniture and accessories.

The houses also have bathrooms, a kitchen and a spacious living and dining area. The outdoor pool, combined with a stunning terrace, impresses with its view of the sea. The sundeck has seating and lounging options for all guests and the large outdoor table invites you to spend cozy summer evenings with family and friends. From the terrace you have direct access to the pool as well as to the natural pool of the sea.

All rooms have large windows providing great views of the sea whilst also letting in plenty of natural light. The house has been designed to encourage guests to spend as much time in the outdoor areas as possible, through providing a stunning garden with palm trees, outdoor patios, swimming pool and even a natural swimming pool offering incredible views of the sea. The location of the villa is perfect, being within close proximity to local supermarkets and restaurants in El Poris, whilst the capital of Tenerife, Santa Cruz, is only a 30 minute drive away.
