The shared areas include two drawing rooms, an office, kitchen/dining, terraces, a garden, and a pool. The whole floor is embellished in traditional Majorcan tiles in beautiful minimalistic details. The exterior of the villa is spacious and relaxing, including a garden with lemon trees and a thriving vegetable patch.
