Casa Leopoldo is a beautiful property in the Ligurian hills between Portofino and Cinque Terre. Located above the village of Castiglione Chiavarese, it overlooks the typical cottages of the region and the sea, which is only 10km away. It is surrounded by a terraced garden with many fruit trees. Right in front of your door you can enjoy the swimming pool, a converted water cistern with a magnificent view of the mountains.

The old country house is a truly magical place and has recently been completely renovated. It offers you a first-class vacation apartment over 3 floors, equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation in Italy. It has kept its traditional charm and has been lovingly decorated - with a Scandinavian touch, as Monika, the owner, works as an importer of Scandinavian vintage furniture.

Casa Leopoldo welcomes you with an interesting mixture of classic and modern furnishings. With its five bedrooms and three bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 10 people. There is also a spacious kitchen and a sitting area or living room on each floor. You have access to a basement with a washing machine and an additional refrigerator as well. There is also a parking lot right by the house. Please note that the house is not suitable for small children because of the open staircase and the open terrace.

The village of Castiglione Chiavarese is just a short walk away. Casa Leopoldo is also the ideal starting point for excursions into the surrounding area. Along the coast there are many picturesque towns to discover, such as Portofino, Chiavari or Sestri Levante with its charming Baia del Silenzio.
