The villa features three bedrooms, two bathrooms with rain showers, a sofa bed area, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with a pellet stove and a toilet, and two terraces with unforgettable views. Nestled among lush loquat trees, the villa is near beautiful beaches and charming villages, offering a perfect blend of privacy and an authentic local culture experience. The region enjoys a warm Mediterranean climate, ideal for numerous outdoor activities.

Created by Jessica, Jesse, and their daughter Rhodé, this villa embodies their love for Spain and a simpler, nature-driven lifestyle. A perfect example of their philosophy can be found just a few minutes away at Las Fuentes del Algar, which features stunning waterfalls and natural pools, perfect for cooling off in the summer.

Sounds good? Well, get ready because we haven’t even mentioned the beaches yet. Yes, beaches, as the surroundings of Villa del Valle offer a variety of incredible beaches, including Playa d’Altea, Playa de Cap Negret, and Playa de Albir, with their white sands and turquoise waters, all just a few minutes from the villa.

In addition to the stunning villa and beaches, the area boasts beautiful villages, castles, and trails through land with olive, loquat, lemon, and avocado trees. Each season offers a unique kaleidoscope, from fruit harvesting in the summer to blossoms in winter and spring. It’s worth noting that the villa has supermarkets 10 minutes away in Callosa d’en Sarria, with a fresh food market on Tuesdays and Saturdays from 8:00 to 13:30.
